Goalbook mission is to empower educators so that all students with different needs can benefit from education. Goalbook provides solutions to teachers and are very supportive in helping them to develop better skills. Their values align with mine and that’s why I worked at Goalbook. I was the operation/ office manager. I took care of the admin & finance work and I also did some sales. My favourite part of this role is that I have the autonomy to do things in my way. I love the flexible working schedule and the friendly environment at Goalbook. People are very considerate and respectful. They value relationships. At Goalbook, each of us will have a planning doc shared with our direct manager. It helps us to better organize our work and prioritize. I meet once a week with my direct manager for an hour to go through my work. Goalbook values personal growth as well as professional development. It's a great company to work for!
