Working with the students. The administration gives everyone pizza on the last day.
Cons
The administration offers little to no support, and treats teachers with very little respect. I felt that I was treated as a child at Goal Training. The management would often go behind my back to communicate to the students about my class. I was very embarrassed to say the least. The pay is poor - 21$/hr, but this does not include any prep time, which you will have to do a lot of for the advanced classes. I don't know any of my co-teachers and never had an opportunity to meet with them or share any ideas. It was a very isolated environment. I was rushed into the position with all of the details thrown at me at once. None of the details were every explained to me again. I felt like I was walking on eggshells the entire time I worked at Goal training. Students would often complain about the administration as well and how they were treated like children.
