Don't get comfortable, the turnover is insane - Underwriter Goal Structured Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Birthday lunches, great view from office deck (though you'll never see it)

Cons

Terrible management, HR retaliates if you criticize the company, they pay you less because you'll be apart of their ESOP, and then they'll fire you/switch you to another company interally so they don't have to pay you out (you lose all the money you've "earned" btw, so they hire under false pretenses, charming!) Vacation is "unlimited" which means they will not approve anything you request off OR they will and then will hold it against you until your last dying breathe (good luck getting a promotion if you take even a week of time off) This is the sketchiest/shadiest company I've ever worked for. Ask anyone who stopped working there in 2019 there real opinion via LinkedIN, I guarantee they'll tell you stories that will make you find another place to work.
