      Pros

      1. They allow remote work. 2. They give time off with no strict vacation policy. 3. The people are great if you are into outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.

      Cons

      Communication was severely lacking. They made some changes so it's getting better. Overall they didn't set clear expectations or ask workers what they can accomplish.
