Pros
Very entrepreneurial! Lots of selfresponsibility. I could always contribute my own ideas and people were very supportive all the way. There is a culture that mistakes are allowed and that you should use them as an opportunity to learn from them. And, of course, the team spirit is amazing! You can feel that every from intern to CEO is there to really make a difference.
Cons
As everywhere working remotely can have it#s pros and cons. I really enjoyed every minute I could spent with my team at MACHWERK. But sometimes I would have wished to be in the same room even more often.
