Pros

We moved fast and broke things. We worked on cutting edge projects with superb clients both large and small. We had an amazing company culture, it truly was fun to come to work each day. We adopted a remote first policy before COVID hit and not only grew through the tumultuous times, we created processes that reinforced our quality and made us better. When exiting and selling the business, we made sure our employees would significantly benefit in their transitions as well and many of them are now in leadership positions at the acquiring company. We took care of our own.

Cons

As a startup, we couldn't pay people what they were worth so we tried to make it up in other ways. For those that stuck with us, we rewarded them with salaries they deserved as well stellar benefits and 8% 401K contributions (not match, contribute).

Pros

Its a pleasure to work with these team members. Team members are thrilled about the job they do and pride themselves in transparency, open communication and valued customer service. The enviable company culture is laid-back and you are given autonomy when carrying out your tasks. If you are thrilled about technology, enjoy learning and a place where management cares about other team members, this is the place to be. They allow you to feel like you’re part of the company, and that the company is like a family to you.

Cons

The great opportunities the company provides, outdo any cons one can find currently.

Pros

It's a friendly collaborative atmosphere filled with people who care about doing a good job and there is a lot flexibility in getting work done without being micromanaged. There is also a lot of awesome learning experience and opportunities because the company is always trying to stay ahead of the curve on technology, plus we are provided with modern internal tools and resources to lab stuff out and develop hands on experience. The management actually cares about work/life balance, open to hearing you out on your concerns and does a good job at acknowledging when you work hard. Additionally, it seems like everyone here is legitimately committed to doing good business, the sales folks are not promising stuff we can't commit to and the IT folks are not cutting corners on client work, it makes you feel good at the end of the day that you do not have to worry about if some ticking time bomb is going to explode or not. Mostly importantly there is a well stocked kitchen with free snacks and drinks :)

Cons

Our PSA ticketing system is painfully slow... Like most startups you find yourself busy with a lot of fast-moving projects; not enough to cause major stress but it's definitely important to document what your working on otherwise you can lose track easily.
