      -Smart and fun coworkers at the IC level -Good work life balance -Decent salary

      Cons

      -Leadership hiring their friends that do not have the skills for the job -Constant layoffs leading to a volatile and stressed out culture -Outsourced teams to agencies in Malaysia and the Philippines -Getting rid of employee perks and massively downsizing office space -Lack of clear company vision and failing products
