Pros

Your peers are great, they have decent tech. They are quickly moving up market.

Cons

4-6 hours of training each week. 10 hours of internal meetings each week. That leaves very little time to prospect. Stringent sales process that doesn’t allow you to be human. Extreme micromanagement from director and vp.
