Work from home - Work/life balance Products that are relevant and work well Pay is fair Expectations are not excessive

Cons

Private Equity Owned - Goal of maximizing profits which has resulted in divestiture of product suite Fragmented commerce systems can be frustrating to navigate when selling/quoting Excessive Vendor profile changes have caused friction with buying and invoicing process

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
