Pros

They used to care about their employees. Since they were bought off - all the care about is how much money we make them. They could care less about the employees.

Cons

Literally everything. There is not 1 thing that makes working here worth it.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
