Pros

You can work remote and get 2 bonuses a year.

Cons

They took away self care days. Experienced 6-7 lay offs in 2023. No job security. Now they are looking to start out sourcing jobs and turn to AI to eliminate fat where needed. No job security. Management is terrible. No advancement. They only care to flip the company to make a profit which means the employees are not considered. They did not meet their goals for 2023.

Regarding your mention of self-care days, we have maintained Quarterly self-care days scheduled on our calendar for 2024. We never make decisions regarding people lightly, but we hear you. Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
