      Pros

      Self cares days were great, until they started cancelling and now reduced it drastically for next year. Vacation is flexible, and working from home is awesome.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Toxic positivity. And I feel like upper management is hiding some big problems from us to keep us with the company. They treat employees as numbers, and let them go in a heartbeat.
