Pros

-Flex work schedule, mental health day each month -Remote work schedule

Cons

-Impossible to hit sales quotas (mid market) w/ low industry compensation -Stale market products -Worst in class leadership - untrained, untalented, self-interested. Low quality leftovers from a hostile takeover by Francisco Partners 2 years ago. Good leaders left when this buyout happened. Our Chief Sales Officer is largely invisible - and sounds like a disconnected hack when you hear him speak once a year. Installed by private equity new owners, and he doesn't understand this biz. -Refuse to pay your OTE till you hit 50% your annual number (new structure under new owners) -Micromanagement KPI hell; however its worse because leadership has managed out all the good programs that track KPI efficiently. You have to do your job, then record everything you did manually to show leadership you're actually working. It causes more unnecessary stress than anything. -Because sales leadership is so awful, it's likely you'll become worse as a rep instead of grow professionally. -All your co workers will be actively looking for new jobs

We recently invested resources towards a new sales process that enables and upskills our reps in their selling activities and a comprehensive onboarding/continuing education program to ensure reps and their managers were supported and ramped efficiently on the needed skills to help them do their jobs more effectively. Regarding your comment about the Pros, we're glad you appreciate our flexibility and self-care days. A positive work-life balance is essential for GoGetters' overall well-being and success.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
