Leadership. They laid off a ton of people recently and kept my Manager who simply asks for a forecast once a week and didn’t bring value on the sales side to the group. A major reason why the team underperformed. It starts with your Manager and the results speak for themselves. If almost your entire team misses quota, look at the Manager.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
