      Real work from home opportunity, good work life balance

      Cons

      The salary has been increased, but it does not keep up with inflation either. However the work life balance is good. Many company offer much more salary.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
