Pros

The people are fantastic. The Management have a lot of experience to share, including the APAC General Manager who will give you some constructive advice on how to increase your deal size and speed up the sale. All the Aussie employees are amazing. I was there for 5.5 years and it really is the best place to work. They have a lot of get togethers to make everyone feel inclusive (fully paid for). Choose where you want to work. You are not bound by an office location. The perks are unbelievable- Healthcare and monthly self care days off are just a couple of the many benefits you will get (including Pet Leave, lol). They also have some extravagant overseas trips for sales reps who achieve target.

Cons

They closed the office down during Covid as most people preferred to work from home. I personally liked having an office, but they do monthly get togethers (online or in person) to please those people who need human interaction. The in-person get togethers are always fully catered and they go all-out.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
