Pros

transactional sales and attainable quota a lot of investment in sales training for reps. we had one or two multi-day intensive seminars a year presidents club for high achievers great benefits package

Cons

Boys' club culture Internal systems are clunky and inefficient. It was frustratingly time consuming to get anything done internally (generate order forms, raise a customer support ticket, etc.) It is hit or miss with your manager. Some can be insightful and really be great coaches for your career. Others are simply micromanagers and are frustrating to work for below average compensation and base salary, but quota was attainable

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
