      Pros

      The company is great, management is really good, the work life balance in over the top, there's good space for growth. Overall a great experience and great colleagues.

      Cons

      The technology stack is getting a bit old and too homemade. An investment is required but those are great challenges to solve.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
