      Low salary Not very many opportunities to move into an Enterprise CSM position The company has gone through many acquisitions which causes a lot of pains for customers.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
