      Good work, nice co-workers, and nice pay

      Cons

      LMI was loosing market share to Zoom, Zoom killed GoToMeeting product. After acquisition by Francisco Partners, employee moral was down and many people left company.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
