      Pros

      There are some really talented members of the broader team, you can learn a lot. Most of the time there is room for creativity and research.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are some difficult people to work with nearly every team. HR is terrible. Building a career is almost impossible, people started to leave the ship after the acquisition. I had several managers who spent only a year and were not interested building anything.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
