      Great work life balance. The company culture is that of a start up without the instability that comes from Start Ups. The CEO is very engaged and present. Line of sight to that level of leadership is consistent

      Lots of changes since the Acquisition to a PE firm. Unclear career progression

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
