      Pros

      LMI is a wonderful company that cares about its employees as well as the world we live in. We have some of the best benefits I have seen offered

      Cons

      LMI has been purchased by a private company and the changes seem to never stop. It is great if you like to be challenged but the lack of product innovation has put us in a tough position to win.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
