      Cons: Very little diversity, boring work, low pay, little engagement, wish remote working was more acceptable back then like the option to do 2 days remote or something,

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
