      Very dynamic company, I would say too dynamic. So not really an advantage.

      Cons

      Not really an engineering company, but rather focused on acquisitions. Company is trying to maximize profits and minimize expenses. Without long term vision for technological advance.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
