Pros

Location in Dublin is excellent, office is modern, great colleagues, nice coffee machines, drinks and free snacks. Beer cart on Fridays. Social club.

Cons

Money is below par. Management manage upward in EMEA, hire favorites & don't improve anything. Not a place where management have your back.

We have made significant progress over the past few years to enhance our total rewards programs so that our offering is in line with our size, global presence, and position in the market. This includes our pay programs, benefits, and potential bonuses. We also take great pride in our hiring practices and have extremely high standards for evaluating talent for job openings – both internally and externally. We have recently rolled out our Excellence in Hiring training to teach our employees on the best way to interview candidates in an objective, thorough, and efficient manner. We continue to build out our management development programs as part of our charter to invest in the managers we promote and help them grow.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
