      If you have a strong work ethic, then this is the place for you! Great people, great benefits - great commission structure and a great culture

      Cons

      Not enough roles for people to move into (promotions etc)

      I couldn't agree more with your assessment of LogMeIn. Our people, culture, and total rewards make LogMeIn a great place to work. We believe in internal mobility and affording employees the opportunity to raise their hands when new opportunities arise. We can also do a better job about socializing these roles, but I recommend you visit our Internal careers portal found on the home page of InSite.       Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
