      Pros

      - growing *really* fast - lots of shifting opportunities as it grows! - really friendly atmosphere - feels like a place you can grow a career, not just rent a desk for a year - after lots of work experience, probably the company that's given me the best blend of being challenged, and being supported to go out and achieve

      Cons

      - Pace of change driven by the growth can be a bit dizzying!

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
