8yThank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It’s good to hear that you enjoyed work-life balance and our creatively designed office space.
I’m sorry to hear that your experience at LogMeIn did not match our intention of being a place that inspired you to do the best work of your career. We are a fast-paced, high growth technology company and believe there are opportunities for all employees to learn, grow and thrive; we do ask our employees to own their career development but provide support from multiple areas, including direct manager, leaders, HR business partners and more. We are continuing to build out our learning and development offerings and have just launched an internal mobility job portal to make it easier for all employees to know what open jobs we have. Our focus for this year is to invest in training for our managers and our leaders to improve their skills in the areas of communication, cascading & alignment, employee growth & engagement and leading through change. Lastly, I am really pleased to have worked with the Finance leadership on a recent round of promotions including 2 new Director promotions for very strong female managers in Finance and all 3 of the new BU head of finance roles being filled by female employees. We have some great talent all across Finance representing both women and men.
LogMeIn is committed to fostering a diverse work environment where employees live our values and treat each other with dignity and respect. Regarding your comments about sexism and inappropriate comments, I would very much like to understand more about this so we can address it immediately and effectively. Our Finance team is made up of as many women as men and we must make sure we are providing a positive workplace for all of the team. Please reach out to me at jenn.joos@logmein.com. I am the HR business partner dedicated to working with the Finance team and will personally look further into this. I look forward to hearing from you.
