      Pros

      -Great senior management team in place to handle the growth of a complex business - Equity and overall comp packages were toward the top end of the market - Had a good recruiting program to attract top talent - There was an emphasis on people management and development that has allowed many leaders to build strong careers at LMI

      Cons

      - Predominantly an inorganic-focused business as the core products have flattened on growth; growth will only happen through M&A

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
