      Pros

      LogMeIn has some of the nicest, most respectful people I have met in my career.

      Cons

      Very Boston centric, which makes it difficult to understand an outsiders point of view. That said, with the merger of GoToMeeting, that should change with more offices in other parts of the world.

We hear employees outside of Boston feel disconnected at times, but our Executive team has made a conscious effort to visit more offices and hold in-person meetings with those employees.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
