Enpowered and Engaged - Director GoTo Employee Review

While I am still relatively new to the organization, I cannot imagine working at a company where I would feel more enpowered and engaged. Both people managers and individual contributors are enpowered to make decisions and act on them. It allows for employees to move quickly to get their jobs done in the manner they see fit. I am super impressed with the level of engagement and motivation at the company. We have so many bright, talented and hard working employees. And this is just a fun place to come to work everyday!
