      Supportive colleagues, new office building

      Cons

      Micromanagement; promises about upcoming benefits weren't kept; C-level management always prensented the company to be successful meanwhile it was struggling; mass lay off occured two times in 2022 without any proper announcement in advance; salaries aren't competitive; huge workload while overhours weren't paid
