Pros

-Good, hard working people with excellent talent and drive. Culture started out very good. Pay was good and the team was fun early,

Cons

-Changing commission plan for the worse. -Didn't pay on all commissions after the fact. -They support the Canadian team much more than the US team. -Minimal sales support after letting go BDR members. -They screwed over a number of sales people.

Pros

Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

Cons

Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
