      Hyper intelligent engineering and good company culture. I have been at GoSecure for over a year and am glad I joined, very smart people and a good environment to grow.

      Cons

      I work remote and would enjoy meeting my colleagues face to face more often.

      Pros

      Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

      Cons

      Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
