Terrible management, poor treatment of processing employees - Loan Specialist GoRascal Employee Review

Management is rude and un-loyal. Pay is terrible for the amount of hours worked and being located in Brooklyn, NY. This company frames themselves as a "start up" with unlimited growth potential and cons young people to move across the country to work for them, when in reality none of that exists. Management only cares about Loan Officers, they do not care about Loan Specialists or anyone on their processing team and the pay and treatment reflect that. The CFO and CEO are two of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever worked for and i can only recommend you stay far away from this absolute catastrophically toxic work environment.
