      Can't think of many - the benefits were decent

      Cons

      No structure in place for anything. In a laboratory where things are so regulated, employees were always being told by the owner to cut corners and do things that were unethical in order to save money. Seemed like it was just a shady place in general.

      colleagues are very nice. That is the only pros I can make up

      Cons

      R&D is kind of joke. So many people came here for few month and left. They do not know what is science. In so-called weekly meeting, the discussion is chaos and off the topic. Those guys even do not know how to analyze data.
