1. Congested workspace - you'll be forced to sit with some other team as there is no space in the office to even accommodate 20-25 employees and there are way too many. 2. None of the systems work properly - they are either damaged or too slow to work and the concerned person is just too lazy to accept your complaint and replace the system. 3. Poor management - as the company is run by two inexperienced/brainless founders who don't know how to treat their employees, they don't give a damn about their employees leaving the company, they don't know how to behave, and if nothing goes well they will blame you as you will be their slaves if you join this company. 4. None of the employees are helpful - except for a few who are friendly and good at heart, you are not likely to find any employee who would help you as they are busy enjoying their egos and superiority or managerial powers. 5. Non-veg food not allowed - because of one employee who doesn't eat non-veg food and who's very close to the management, you are not allowed to eat non-veg food inside the office. 6. A well 8-months probation period - till the time you've not completed your 8 months in the office, you'll not be considered a permanent employee. You'll be even forced to quit or be warned of termination as they won't let you complete 8 months if you're a fresher or if you raise your voice against anything wrong or for your rights. 7. Very low pay-scale - the salary that they offer is nowhere near your expectations or what you deserve. They offer you much less and will give you any task that is not even in your skill-set so that they can recover every single penny that they pay you. 8. Sometimes you will be asked to stay back to do write-ups for the management - the founders and even managers think that you don't have to go home, they will assign you their tasks at the last minute. As they are incapable enough of writing stuff themselves. 9. Salary deduction - they will at anytime deduct a part of your salary and blame you unnecessarily about things that you haven't even done. They think that you don't require money, they won't listen to your complaints. They just want to save money anyhow and for that, they will do anything and even harass you mentally. There will be times that you will have to literally beg for your hard-earned money. Be prepared for it. 10. The bossy attitude - the management thinks that you have been bought from a market and they will always yell at you unnecessarily. If you respond back or justify yourself, your targets will be doubled. 11. No employee benefits - the company doesn't offer any PF, medical, insurance or any other benefits to the employees, which is against the corporate law for a company with more than 20 employees. 12. Once you leave the company, they will not pay off your dues in full, they will make unjust deductions from your FNF amount. They won't respond to your emails, calls. They will act like the deaf. 13. Even when you're done with your tasks, you cannot use your phones. If you're found doing so, you will be considered free and immediately your targets will be doubled. No fun you can expect here. It's not an office, it's a prison, try not landing yourself in this jail.
