Terrible experience - Anonymous employee GoPaisa Employee Review

There are too many of them. 1. Office politics. 2. Terrible HR policies. And they think that they are offering you the best employee benefits. 3. Unhygienic washroom. Near about 20-25 people use the same washroom. It is not even cleaned everyday properly. You'll hardly find any tissue roll there because the management thinks that the employees waste it. Women are more likely to be infected by UTIs if they use this washroom. 4. Unhygienic workplace. From your table to the floor, everything is infected by cockroaches. Don't be surprised if you find a few in your lunch boxes because they fell there when you were warming your lunch in the microwave. 5. Only 18 leaves in a year. This sucks. 6. Saturdays are working. 7. No job satisfaction. The employers are least bothered about how happy their employees are. 8. The company is run by two inexperienced people who have never worked at any organisation. They don't know how to treat their employees because they have never been treated as one. 9. The bosses have no clear idea about what they want to do or what they doing. Call them headless chicken. 10. Chicken reminds me of another stupid policy of this organisation. You are not allowed to bring or consume any non vegetarian food in the office. So if you are a hard core meat lover, then this place will suffocate you. 11. If you are seen engrossed in your phone, it is assumed that you don't have any work. Your targets are immediately doubled. 12. Talking to your co worker is another thing that this office does not believe in. If you are caught talking to people around you, it is assumed that you are free. 13. Negligible annual salary hike. 14. Getting leaves approved is one heck of a task. 15. Unrealistic work expectations. 16. No work appreciation. 17. Congested work spaces. 18. At times you are handed over tasks that are neither a part of your job profile nor enhancing your skills.
