The benefits are reasonable and they do allow you to work from home.
Cons
Training for any position is poorly conducted. They use teams messaging for customer credits, and it is very inefficient! They use teams messaging for service orders, and installs, also very inefficient! They say their focus is the customer, but they increase their rates weekly! They barely have an IT department, it includes two people. There is no support from management or HR. The benefit program also has zero support. There is also no diversity! It’s a very unprofessional atmosphere!
