As an independent in their industry they'll make you feel like you're more visible than 'just a number' at one of those bigger service providers.
Cons
Before they were acquired they offered a PPO, now it's an HDHP. You'd have better luck with a box of band aids. Forget about medical needs in between annual physicals. It's all Out of Pocket
