Right, so to get to the bottom of this you would honestly need to first understand the other reviews which do seem to be fake to me. Was in the same firm! a) Obnoxious, loud and dictator like - the business head/founder treat you like a dumb b) Tech hiring is an issue because of the same and pressure on PMs who aslo have no option. c) WFH is there but only till they like, else screams and shouts can just drive you away from home or office d) immature team - double standards and very poor attitude of founders These are the PROs to be honest.
Cons
Culture is so bad that you would honestly not want to come to office, because what you get to see is really demotivating. Work is completely unorganised. No freedom and hence no learning. Directions are decided on the dreams the founder has - I guess - as a result there is effectively 0 planning! Multiple databases, multiple tech and it's a major chaos. Politics at Mgmt level and no clarity for anyone to take a stand - be it any business Join for working like a donkey with blinders!
