Hostile & Toxic Work Environment - Purchasing GoKeyless Employee Review

The recently appointed President of the company is a tyrant and a bully. There is zero leadership. There is zero respect shown for employees. The person now in charge is a bully and a tyrant, who enjoys firing pretty much everyone depending in his mood. Favoritism is abundant, as well as openly making fun of coworkers. This is the most toxic and hostile place I've eve worked. The pay is terrible. Rules change daily with no notification. Almost no traning. Certain people I'm 'management' are lacking experience to carry out their duties in a lawful way.
