Small business with big business support. Great benefits with sick days and time off. Compensation is comparable to market. Daily access to founders, (only the creative guy really goes out of his way to see things through, takes more time to listen, hangs out with everyone and tries to create a work culture) yet the others are open to quick ideas and comments. Opportunities are here to make a difference in the company. Work-life balance is fair, a lot of us are commuting to LA so we lose some time on the drive. Overall fantastic opportunities exist to make a difference in a business.

Must be a self starter, self motivator and be able to work independently. They expect professionalism where you are driven to fulfill your daily duties while bringing new ideas to the table. Most of the whining comes from people who never had another job and expect things to be spoon fed to them. Lacks a "cool factor" or working at a "hip" place, it's professional minded which is straight taking care of business. Team building or opportunity to socialize outside of work could help. Not all of us are married or have kids.

The pay is absolutely not in line with everything expected from you as a CSR. You are taken advantage of by the company.
