I am no longer with this company. But I would like to put an honest review up. While there are positives, there is a huge negative. I will try to be fair… The interview process is long. Lasting almost a month. Several different stages. Management at the sales level is good. You’ll likely work for Thelma. Great boss. She gives you the space to have your own style and gives support where needed. Salary is good. Bonus structure is good. I started at 60k as a PSM in Ontario. 65k within a year plus bonuses. After 1 year I was given a raise and told I was working to a management position. Opportunities are there for those who work for it! They promote from within. Gofor can be an uplifting place to work. They support you through growth and struggles.
