Pros
Being a small company, there's a lot of opportunities to shine. The co-owner business allows for more opportunities to be expressive and have greater input. The payrate is a great starting point for any artist in this field and the benefits couldn't be better.
Cons
The truth reveals itself the longer one works here. It has been proven time and time again that management doesn't handle projects very well all the while pinning the blame on its employees. There is a friend-like group system at the top, leaving the employees to fend for themselves when push comes to shove.
