      Pros

      Job being Monday-Friday 8a-5p. You are not micro managed UNTIL you do something wrong.

      Cons

      Boss is very forgetful of what he has previously said. Will claim to be a unicorn and remember everything but he doesn’t. other assistant is very rude and a narcissist. Will be a yes man to supervisor even when he is wrong. Never given a pat on the back for the good job you are doing.

      The president and Vice President are excellent. They really care about there employee. Flexible work-life balance.
