Pros

Having the ability to provide work, albeit backbreaking, low paying work, to people who may not have anywhere else to go. Because you are expected to do everything, you gain experience in HR, payroll, recruiting, new hire paperwork, an sight seeing (you drive everywhere.)

Cons

Putting miles on your car because you drive workers to and from their jobs. 12 hour days with no option to go home... You must stay until all jobs are filled. If you have 25 jobs and only 5 workers, be ready to call people of CalJobs and Craigslist at 10pm asking them if they need work. They're asleep. Or drunk. The main account manager is unprofessional. The owners are unaware. The hours again are terrible and the expectations are out of this world for mediocre pay. No bonuses on hiring people like other real recruiting jobs. True recruiting jobs will laugh at you if you call go staff recruiting experience. If you enjoy living at the office, passive aggressiveness, low pay, and dealing with attitudes and people who don't appreciate the fact that their working, this gig is for you.

First of all, thanks for your honest feedback. We might not like what it says about our company, but it’s important for us to know so that we can make the necessary changes. We acknowledge that there were some things we learned when we opened our office in Anaheim. First - that expanding is really hard work for EVERYONE involved, from the top of the ladder all the way to the bottom. A new location is always going to be understaffed at the beginning, and there are always unique new issues that pop up that we’re dealing with for the first time. It takes a little time to get the proper systems in place so that we’re better able to deal with some of those issues. Thanks for sticking with us for over a year and being a great, reliable worker. We’re just sorry you’re not still with us to enjoy some of the fruits of your labor as we think the experience we’ve gained and systems we’ve added have really helped to make the Anaheim location a good place to work! Thanks again for your service, loyalty, and the feedback. Hope you’re doing well now!

Pros

I've worked with similar companies before, so I can appreciate the difference. Communication here is much better, and assignments don't change constantly without warning. Recruiters usually check in after placement and try to be as helpful as possible. The benefits and pay rates also compare favorably to what's offered locally.

Cons

Compensation varies by contractor and project.

Pros

Benefits are decent, and my coworkers have been great to work with, but everything else this company is awful.

Cons

- Leadership repeatedly makes poor, short sighted decisions focused on quick gains - Long term consequences of decisions are consistently ignored - The same mistakes are repeated due to lack of accountability - Responsibility for failures is often avoided instead of addressed - Employees are treated with little respect despite carrying the workload - Staff are expected to absorb the impact of poor decisions from leadership - Morale is negatively affected by repeated mismanagement - The gap between decision makers and actual work reality is extremely clear
