No Work/Life Balance - Recruiter Go-Staff Employee Review

First of all, thanks for your honest feedback. We might not like what it says about our company, but it’s important for us to know so that we can make the necessary changes. We acknowledge that there were some things we learned when we opened our office in Anaheim. First - that expanding is really hard work for EVERYONE involved, from the top of the ladder all the way to the bottom. A new location is always going to be understaffed at the beginning, and there are always unique new issues that pop up that we’re dealing with for the first time. It takes a little time to get the proper systems in place so that we’re better able to deal with some of those issues. Thanks for sticking with us for over a year and being a great, reliable worker. We’re just sorry you’re not still with us to enjoy some of the fruits of your labor as we think the experience we’ve gained and systems we’ve added have really helped to make the Anaheim location a good place to work!
