Pros

YOu stay active and gain hands-on experiene.

Cons

The work is already physically demanding, which is expected, but what makes it worse is how often things don’t run smoothly around it, because you’re trying to stay on task and then something doesn’t line up—unclear instructions, missing details, changes that aren’t communicated properly—and you have to stop, adjust, and figure it out on the spot, and at first you think it’s just part of the environment, but then it keeps happening, same type of issues just slightly different each time, and you start thinking… why hasn’t this been fixed yet, why is this still a problem, and it gets exhausting dealing with things that feel avoidable, especially when you’re already putting in the physical effort, so by the end it’s not even the workload that stands out, it’s the constant disruption that makes everything harder than it needs to be.

Pros

I've worked with similar companies before, so I can appreciate the difference. Communication here is much better, and assignments don't change constantly without warning. Recruiters usually check in after placement and try to be as helpful as possible. The benefits and pay rates also compare favorably to what's offered locally.

Cons

Compensation varies by contractor and project.

Pros

Benefits are decent, and my coworkers have been great to work with, but everything else this company is awful.

Cons

- Leadership repeatedly makes poor, short sighted decisions focused on quick gains - Long term consequences of decisions are consistently ignored - The same mistakes are repeated due to lack of accountability - Responsibility for failures is often avoided instead of addressed - Employees are treated with little respect despite carrying the workload - Staff are expected to absorb the impact of poor decisions from leadership - Morale is negatively affected by repeated mismanagement - The gap between decision makers and actual work reality is extremely clear
