      Younger employees are great, lots of travel I've noticed in this agency for work projects. Interesting events and you sometimes meet famous peoples

      Cons

      Underpaid and overworked in not only my role but I noticed in other junior roles as well. This could be an industry standard

      Pros

      very flexible with how/when/where you do your work culture is extremely positive, the environment overall is very pleasant great people, both old and young lots of opportunity - as long as you are willing to not only work for it, but ask for it

      Cons

      often feel overworked often feel understaffed mostly automotive clientele

      Pros

      Entrepanurial Atmosphere allowing a lot of flexibility in work location and hours. Its a self starting environment that also can be described as sink or swim

      Cons

      No much guidance, leadership, or information on projects. A lot of time is wasted due to this lack of structure and programming making it a very tough place for young professionals
